Our Programs

We have several options that benefit anyone with any level of experience. We provide coaching in strength, endurance, adventure, and nourishment. Coaching options are provided either in person or through an online platform.

 

Strength

This program focuses on working the body through various planes of motion and exercises to capitalize on the different energy systems to maximize results. We will focus both on functional movements and targeted muscle groups specific to your needs. Programming can be provided in person (1:1 or small group) or online to fit your schedule.
 

Adventure

Our adventure programming is designed for those individuals looking to step outside of their comfort zone and will help those who prioritize having fun in the water, on the trails, or the mountain. Training focuses on strength and aerobic conditioning and targets anything from an upcoming vacation to an adventure expedition, including but not limited to alpine sports, rock climbing, skiing, or water sports.

Endurance

The endurance package includes training programs for individuals interested in participating in running, cycling, swimming, or triathlon events of any distance. This is ideal for individuals who are looking to increase their aerobic and anaerobic capacity.

 

Nourishment

Our dynamic relationship with food is perhaps the most critical aspect in any training plan. The Nourishment program will help individuals who want to create a healthier relationship with food by creating small and sustainable habits for life-long results and performance.
