Endurance Training


Overview

Endurance training is foundational to what we do. We believe that to endure, or “suffer patiently”, is a test of mental and physical fortitude and we are here to support your goals and supplement your vision. Our training plans consist of online coaching, in-person training, or any combination that best suits your lifestyle. We ask that clients commit to a minimum of three months of training, as this is the shortest training cycle required to produce real, sustainable results. We truly value getting to know you and understanding your aspirations and value a relationship-based approach.


Triathlon

Swim. Bike. Run. These plans can help individuals who are new to the sport or have years of experience. We will work together to set goals and create a training plan that is tailored to the athlete’s specific needs. Training will include workouts that will help improve stamina, speed, power, strength, and confidence. Training programs can be specific to any event distance or event setting.


Running

The running program will focus on improving an individual’s ability to successfully complete any distance race over any terrain. The program will be specifically tailored to the athlete’s goals and schedule in order to guide them through the different phases of training. Workouts will consist of endurance runs, intervals, strength training, and tips to improve recovery.


Cycling

Our cycling training plans can help build the skill set necessary to have a successful experience in the sport, from fitness to racing and in between. Training plans can be designed to utilize perceived exertion, heart rate, or power depending on the athlete’s preference or event type. Plans will be accompanied with a strength program to complement endurance training.
