Adventure Training
OVERVIEW
Adventure training is foundational to what we do. We believe that to endure, or “suffer patiently”, is a test of mental and physical fortitude and we are here to support your goals and supplement your vision. Our training plans consist of online coaching, in-person training, or any combination that best suits your lifestyle. We ask that clients commit to a minimum of three months of training, as this is the shortest training cycle required to produce real, sustainable results. We truly value getting to know you and understanding your aspirations and value a relationship-based approach.
Alpine
The Alpine program will help guide individuals who are looking to complete rock climbs, peak ascents, waterfall ice climbs, and expeditionary climbing. This program will improve strength, aerobic and anaerobic systems to prepare the athlete for the demands of alpine adventures.
Ski
This program prepares individuals for the winter ski/snowboard season, providing off season preparation and ski season maintenance strength training. This program will improve overall skiing fitness and provide individuals with the strength, conditioning, balance, and coordination to have a solid foundation every season.
Water
This program is designed to help improve the strength, balance, and coordination for individuals who surf, kayak, stand up paddle board, or any other water activity other than traditional swimming.
