Camp I

Package of four (4) sessions

  • 60 min - $80/session

  • 90 min - $120/session


Camp II

Package of eight (8) sessions

  • 60 min - $75/session

  • 90 min - $115/session

 

Online Coaching

  • 3 workouts per week

  • Weekly check-ins via email

  • Workouts are full body in nature


Camp I

  • Training provided in 1-2 week blocks via TrainingPeaks

  • 4 workouts per week

  • Periodized training program

  • Unlimited athlete initiated contact (text or email)

  • Workouts broken up by full body, upper body, and lower body days


Camp II

  • Training provided on a weekly basis via TrainingPeaks

  • 5-6 workouts per week

  • Periodized training program

  • Workouts consist of full body, upper body, and lower body days

  • Unlimited athlete initiated contact (text or email)

  • Bi-weekly phone calls
